- Take ownership of backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes, helping safeguard critical business systems and ensuring continuity when it matters most.
- Demonstrate a methodical and analytical approach when troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured infrastructure documentation, ensuring technical standards, system configurations and recovery procedures are readily available and up to date.
- Follow governance, change management and security processes with diligence, helping maintain compliance, minimise risk and protect operational stability.
- Partner closely with IT support teams by providing technical guidance and escalation support that enables fast and effective issue resolution across the business.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and technology initiatives that strengthen our capabilities and support future business growth.
- Build strong relationships with technology partners and service providers, ensuring infrastructure services are delivered effectively and aligned with business requirements.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve performance, resilience, security and operational efficiency, leveraging automation and best-practice solutions to create a smarter and more scalable technology environment.
- Approach every challenge with a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement, ensuring our infrastructure remains fit for purpose as Jonsson Workwear continues to grow and evolve.
