Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a IT Lecturer at our Umhlanga campus on a part-time (contractual) basis.
Type of appointment:
Independent contractor
Purpose:
- To lecture Information Technology-related modules, in the faculty on a part-time basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
- Masters in Comp Sci, IT, and Security Engineering.
Modules to be lectured:
- Advance Networking
- Network Security
Experience:
- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
- Quality Assurance
- Management of At-risk students
