IT Specialist ? Business Specialist

• Manage all NSC application changes and implementation specially regarding the ERP system.
• Deliver stale & adaptable IT business application, align via MTBSA IT strategy & governance guide.
• Identify & manage continuous improvement initiative to reduce waste & improve IT operation cost base.
• Advise business on integration of IT applications to business processes.
• Manage & meet project target, monitor progress, performance of staff, identify, resolve risk & issue.
• Implement centrally derived/common IT and common applications solution in the NSC.
• Work with partners and facilitate end user support, training and development for projects.
• Assist and manage IT projects based on business needs.
• Manage IT Tickets with 3rd Party suppliers.
• Manage and update Application Landscape for all MAN IT Systems.
• Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software.

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Relevant Degree in related field.

Skills:

• Time Management Skills.
• Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
• Customer focused with a results driven approach.
• High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.

Experience:

• Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 3 years.
• Experience in IT Product development and improvement - 1 year.
