The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will:

• Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and software.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.

What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A certificate, diploma or degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (advantageous).
• Experience with Mikrotik products and a understanding of routing and IP management.
