IT Support Technician

The IT Technical Support role is responsible for the effective monitoring, maintenance, and support of computer systems, networks, and related IT infrastructure across Maziv OpCos. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT systems, enabling uninterrupted business operations and a positive end-user experience.

This role provides first- and second-line technical support to users, responding to incidents, service requests, and system issues in a timely and professional manner. The IT Technical Support staff work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, ensuring systems operate efficiently and in line with agreed service levels

• Relevant tertiary qualification - IT-related Diploma is compulsory, but a degree in computer science or related field would be highly advantageous.
• An intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS products.
• Professional Certifications:

CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification - compulsory

Certified Desktop Support Technician – advantageous

ITIL Certification would be advantageous (Foundation level)

• 1-3 years’ working experience in an IT Network Support, preferably in an ICT environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced digital environment.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends.
