Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team in Riverlands, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Reset user passwords using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Assist users with backing up and syncing files to OneDrive before migration.
- Extract and upload Windows device hardware hashes according to technical SOPs.
- Enrol and provision Windows devices through Windows Autopilot.
- Verify user files, applications and system access after provisioning.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support.
- Document completed device migrations and escalate unresolved technical problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT desktop support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OneDrive and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with device migrations and reprovisioning in a business environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical SOPs accurately.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be based in Cape Town and able to work on-site in Riverlands.
- Must be available to start on 1 November 2026.
