Our esteemed client, based in Pretoria, is seeking a motivated IT Technician to join their growing team! Requirement for this role:
- Matric
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers sites
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of networking and Microsoft 365
- String troubleshooting skills
- Customer service and communications skills
Key responsibilities:
- Desktop and laptop support
- Network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software
- On-site customer support and technical assistance
