Job description

This is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience. *Key Responsibilities:* - Provide first-line technical support to staff (in person, phone, remote) - Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals - Set up new user accounts, email, and password resets (Active Directory / Microsoft 365) - Basic network troubleshooting - WiFi, LAN, cabling - Install and update software and antivirus - Log and track support tickets and escalate complex issues - Assist with data backup and basic hardware maintenance - Keep IT inventory up to date *Minimum Requirements:* - Qualification: Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology, IT Support, Systems Support, or related field (NQF 5+). CompTIA A+ / N+ will be an advantage - Basic understanding of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, basic networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, LAN) - Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Good communication skills and willing to learn - Must be based in / able to travel to Roodepoort - 0-2 years experience - Internship / Learnership experience considered *Nice to have (not required):* - Knowledge of ticketing systems - Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory

Pay: R6 077,86 - R27 619,96 per month
