Job description
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in ITSM platform configuration and development
Degree/Diploma in IT or related
Proven experience in workflow automation, service catalogue configuration, and platform customization
Configure, customise, and develop ITSM platform solutions to meet business requirements.
Design and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and automation processes.
Develop and maintain integrations between ITSM platforms and enterprise applications.
Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
Develop scripts, custom applications, and enhancements to improve platform functionality.
Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployments in line with change management processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform configurations comply with governance, security, and best practice standards.
Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to users and support teams.
