What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations and team performance
• Drive sales, service standards, and customer experience
• Manage and motivate the store team
• Monitor store targets, KPIs, and performance reports
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Support stock control, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Coach team members and support their development
• Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment

What We Need

• 3+ years of experience in clothing retail
• Passionate about high-end fashion and current trends
• Excellent communicator
• Strong customer service and customer relations skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proven track record of driving sales growth
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident managing teams and growing potential in others
• Ability to use retail metrics to report on store performance
• Ability to lead by example
