Jnr Site Foreman

Building company in Durbanville, is looking for a hands-on Jnr Site Foreman for their residential construction projects. If you have a strong background in building services, love the construction industry, and take pride in delivering quality work on time, this is the role for you. Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Order materials in advance, check deliveries, and supplier invoices

Completing assigned tasks according to the programme

Ensure projects are completed on time

Maintain strict attention to detail and quality standards

Liaise with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors

Coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish

Manage materials, take precise measurements, and supervise concrete pours

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

Education:

Matric

Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in building services or residential construction

Proven experience of construction experience

Experience with: Luxury upmarket residential homes will be adv

Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings

Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Google Drive)

Valid Code 08 driver’s licence

Own transport (advantageous)

Willingness to be site-based as project requirements dictate

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Skills:

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Hands-on experience with site operations and construction workflows
