Job description
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee installation projects from planning to execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and scheduling installation projects from planning to execution
- Managing customer communication throughout the installation process
- Preparing and maintaining accurate job cards and documentation
- Planning efficient installation routes to optimise time and resources
- Overseeing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and licensing compliance
- Conducting site visits and cross border travel where required
- Supporting delivery logistics to ensure timely project completion
- Resolving installation snags and handling customer queries professionally
- Maintaining consistent follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting as a liaison between factory and operations to ensure order readiness
- Ensuring smooth, efficient installations with a strong focus on service excellence
