What you'll do
- Contact prospective clients and present our health insurance solutions.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately capture customer information.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
What we're looking for
- Previous call centre or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive attitude and resilience.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work well in a team.
