Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team.

Requirements:

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Practical experience with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and capturing accounting transactions
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly accounting processes
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial reports and schedules
• Assisting with VAT and other statutory submissions
• General accounting and administrative duties
