AOS Wealth (PTY) Ltd is a Financial Planning Firm based in Durban North KZN. We are urgently seeking a Administrator in Short-Term Insurance. Candidate must be available immediately.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Min 1 year - related to the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administration and accuracy skills.
- Great typing skills and fast worker.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a pressured environment Computer literacy.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to grasp company policies and processes and apply related experience.
Provide written and contactable references of their experience.
Duties:
Includes but is not limited to:
- Data Capturing
- Policy wording and understanding.
- Updating client files and data administration on CRM System
- Loading Quotes
- Receive proposals, evaluate, verify, and process information
- Manage daily diary and workflow
- Ensuring compliance regulations are completed
- Liaise with insurance partners.
- Application of policy terms/renewals and conditions.
- Disciplined Approach – Punctual, Strong Attendance Record, getting back to Customers and returning calls.
- Any other task the company may require
