Job description

AOS Wealth (PTY) Ltd is a Financial Planning Firm based in Durban North KZN. We are urgently seeking a Administrator in Short-Term Insurance. Candidate must be available immediately.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.

Type of employment: Permanent

Salary: R10 000

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Min 1 year - related to the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong administration and accuracy skills.
  • Great typing skills and fast worker.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a pressured environment Computer literacy.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to grasp company policies and processes and apply related experience.

Provide written and contactable references of their experience.

Duties:

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Data Capturing
  • Policy wording and understanding.
  • Updating client files and data administration on CRM System
  • Loading Quotes
  • Receive proposals, evaluate, verify, and process information
  • Manage daily diary and workflow
  • Ensuring compliance regulations are completed
  • Liaise with insurance partners.
  • Application of policy terms/renewals and conditions.
  • Disciplined Approach – Punctual, Strong Attendance Record, getting back to Customers and returning calls.
  • Any other task the company may require
