Junior AI Support Specialist (Assistant to CEO)

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Salary: R12000 Basic per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Irish time

About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy & highly organized Junior AI Support Specialist to act as a right-hand executor across two growing digital businesses. Your primary responsibility is taking high-level briefs, voice notes, and concepts from leadership and leveraging Claude (and other AI tools) to execute marketing campaigns, page builds and customer touchpoints all while keeping executive calendars and project boards strictly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to create and refine content, copy, campaigns and business materials.
• Build and update landing pages, email campaigns, funnels and e-commerce assets.
• Manage an Approval Queue to ensure all work is reviewed before going live.
• Break projects into clear tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage Notion/Asana boards and keep projects moving.
• Assist with weekly planning and manage executive calendars and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable home setup with quiet workspace, fibre internet and backup power/UPS.
• Must have experience working remotely (Do not apply if you do not have experience working remotely).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude or ChatGPT.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to take a vague idea or voice note and turn it into a clear action plan.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Webflow or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
