Junior Brand Manager

NorthArc Capital is hiring a Junior Brand Manager for one of it's equity brands

📍 Remote, South Africa (Cape Town a bonus) 🕐 Full-Time 💰 Competitive Salary

Most marketing graduates spend their first two years scheduling someone else's posts and never seeing a single number. This is the opposite of that.

You would own the entire organic presence of one of South Africa's fastest growing supplement brand. Every post, every Reel, every comment, every customer conversation. Yours.

The brand is a South African plant-based supplement for women.

What that means day to day

• You run Instagram and Facebook. Daily posts or four a week, one to two Reels inside that. You build from real brand photography and customer video, and you shoot and cut your own when you have a better idea.
• You answer every comment, same day. Real people, real questions, in a comment section that is growing every week.
• You handle customer queries coming through the site. Orders, product questions, the guarantee.
• And when a customer loves the product, you get them on camera. Those videos become the brand's best-performing content.
