Are you looking to kick-start your career in B2B sales and business development ?

Catalyst Revenue Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Business Development Representative to join our team and support outbound pipeline generation across a portfolio of exciting B2B technology clients.

We work with companies across software, cybersecurity, AI, data, managed services and other B2B markets , helping them identify the right buyers, create qualified pipelines and build repeatable outbound revenue motions.

🎯 What you'll be doing

As a Junior BDR, you'll learn and execute a structured outbound sales process, including:

• Prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone

• Researching target accounts and decision-makers

• Executing outbound sequences using proven messaging and tools

• Booking qualified discovery meetings

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity

• Learning how to identify and qualify good-fit prospects

• Participating in coaching, pipeline reviews and team check-ins

• Sharing market feedback and insights from prospects

You'll have the ICP, target accounts, messaging, tools, CRM structure and sales playbook provided — so you won't be expected to figure everything out on your own.

Experience in sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, call centres, customer-facing or commercial roles is valuable, but not a qualifying pre-requisite.

Attitude, consistency and coachability are most important.

You'll have the opportunity to work with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, sequencing platforms, diallers and AI tools .

You don't need to know them all on day one. You just need to be comfortable learning new systems and following a clear process.
