Your Mission:

• Drive CRM & Loyalty journeys that drive frequency, spend, and engagement across every channel.
• Build powerful partnerships that reward customers and boost our brand presence.
• Own the data — monitor performance and use data to drive smarter decisions and measurable results.
• Managing the full CRM ecosystem: from strategy to segmentation to execution.
• Create winning campaigns and seamless customer experiences that keep them coming back for more.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or rewards marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, co-branded promotions and marketing campaigns.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to turn ideas into action.
• Strong data and analytical skills with experience using dashboards, customer segmentation, conversion metrics and campaign performance insight.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills across all levels.
• A fast paced, creative and result driven approach.
