About the Role
We are an established industrial chemical company looking for a driven, tech-savvy Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical industrial products and modern digital commerce. You will be responsible for managing our digital presence, driving our Shopify platform rollout, and executing strategic B2B social media marketing to turn technical chemical products into high-performing online listings and sales.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management: Implement, manage, and optimize our Shopify store and other online sales platforms.
Product & Inventory Control: Create technical product listings, manage digital pricing, and track online inventory.
UX Optimization: Continuously improve the online user experience to drive B2B conversions.
- B2B Social Media: Plan and execute strategic social media marketing campaigns tailored to the industrial sector.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and build/manage AI agents to streamline marketing workflows and customer interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Must live in or very close to De Deur (non-negotiable).
- Education/Experience: Proven experience or qualification in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Strong working knowledge of Shopify (setup, listing, and backend management).
- AI Tech Literacy: Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and the practical ability to create and deploy AI agents.
- Skills: Excellent technical writing skills (to translate chemical specs into sales copy) and a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics. Attributes: Analytical, self-motivated, and eager to learn an established industrial industry.
