Junior Dispatch Technician.

Dispatch (New Orders) & Packaging

• Processing orders received from OPS via cases
• Processing orders received for installations
• Allocating and provisioning stock
• Creating waybills for orders being couriered

Cases

• Process cases received from Support and other departments
• Stock to be provisioned for cases that needs replacement devices
• Sims to be loaded for cases that need replacement Sim cards
• Creating waybills for replacement items (Sims, devices, accessories) for delivery
• Customer telephonic queries

 

Wholesale/Resellers – Atcom and Bulk Sim orders

• Processing orders received from Backspace Accounts directly from Resellers
• Atcom Telephone orders to be packaged and either booked for courier delivery or Reseller collection
• Sim wholesale orders, each sim to be physically scanned and processed with Backspace Support to allocate IP’s

 

Suppliers

• Receiver and stock recording of new devices/sims received from Suppliers

Stock take

• Recording of all stock used on month end recon sheet
• Month end recon sheet submissions
• Physical stock take every month end
• Managing stock levels in the storeroom

Additional

• Customer courier tracking of waybills scheduled
• Processing branch transfer stock requests
• Assisting with queries from Courier Companies
• Assist walk-in customers
