Role Purpose We are seeking a Junior Distribution Support **Analyst/**Administrator to provide structured operational, analytical and administrative support to the Distribution team within Curate Investments. The role is designed to strengthen execution discipline, improve the quality and timeliness of adviser support, and ensure that distribution-facing activities are supported by accurate information, well-maintained systems and reliable follow-through.

The primary purpose of this role is to convert distribution requirements into clear, practical outputs by preparing market and fund information, coordinating adviser support material, maintaining distribution records and systems, tracking activity, quality checking data, and ensuring that requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

By taking ownership of repeatable support activities, this role enables Investment Specialists and distribution stakeholders to focus more time on adviser and client engagement, while improving operational consistency, documentation quality, reporting discipline and service responsiveness across the distribution environment.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and coordination skills, a proactive approach to supporting business operations, and an interest in investments and financial markets.

Requirements****Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or sales support role.

  • Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience producing reports and managing documentation.

  • Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous.

  • Exposure to Asset Management or Investments would be beneficial.

  • Exposure to Morningstar or similar investment platforms would be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Investments or a related field.

  • A qualification in Financial Planning, Investments or Asset Management would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities****Distribution Administration and Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day distribution support requests and ensure that activities are prioritised, tracked and completed within agreed timelines.

  • Prepare, update and quality check distribution documentation, adviser packs, meeting material, presentations and approved marketing collateral before circulation.

  • Maintain structured trackers for adviser meetings, follow-up actions, outstanding requests, document updates and distribution deliverables.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, diary requirements, agendas, action notes, travel arrangements and venue requirements where required.

  • Manage shared distribution inboxes or request channels by logging, routing, responding to and escalating requests appropriately.

  • Ensure distribution documentation is saved, named, version controlled and stored in line with internal governance and record management requirements.

Market Information**,** Research and Insight Support

  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly market information from approved internal and external sources for use by the Distribution team.

  • Prepare concise market summaries, fund updates and data extracts that are accurate, relevant, appropriately sourced and distribution-ready.

  • Maintain a consistent rhythm for recurring market information packs and ensure information is distributed within agreed timelines.

  • Identify data gaps, outdated information or inconsistencies and escalate these for correction before material is shared with stakeholders.

  • Support ad hoc research requests by sourcing, organising and presenting relevant market, competitor and fund information in a clear format.

Morningstar & Investment Platform Support

  • Generate standard Morningstar reports, fund facts, performance information and analytics required for adviser, client and internal distribution engagements.

  • Administer and maintain relevant system outputs by ensuring data inputs, templates and report content are accurate and up to date.

  • Provide first-line support for standard Morningstar or investment platform requests and escalate more complex technical queries appropriately.

  • Quality check investment data, performance information and supporting documentation before use in client or adviser material.

  • Maintain a library of standard reports and frequently asked questions to improve turnaround time and consistency.

Fund & Product Comparison Support

  • Prepare fund and product comparison reports that clearly compare Curate funds with relevant competitor or peer funds using approved data sources.

  • Maintain comparison templates, assumptions, data fields and supporting information so that outputs remain consistent, accurate and fit for distribution use.

  • Summarise key differences across funds, including performance, fees, asset allocation, risk indicators and positioning, where information is available and approved.

  • Respond to ad hoc comparison requests from Investment Specialists by clarifying the requirement, sourcing the correct information and delivering a usable output.

  • Flag material inconsistencies, missing information or data concerns before comparison outputs are shared externally or used in adviser engagements.

Adviser & Distribution Support

  • Prepare adviser presentations, meeting packs, proposal support material and standard reporting packs that are complete, accurate and professionally presented.

  • Coordinate requests for approved marketing, investment and adviser support material and ensure stakeholders receive the correct version of required documents.

  • Maintain the distribution content library by keeping approved documents, presentations, templates and client-facing material current and easy to access.

  • Track adviser support actions after meetings and ensure follow-up items are allocated, monitored and closed out.

  • Support adviser and client service responsiveness by ensuring routine requests are handled professionally and escalations are directed to the correct specialist area.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate distribution databases, trackers and activity records that provide a reliable view of requests, meetings, outputs and follow-up actions.

  • Capture, validate and reconcile information across internal systems to support reporting accuracy and data integrity.

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports on distribution activities, adviser support actions, market information outputs and operational progress.

  • Support data cleansing, document control and quality assurance activities by identifying errors, duplications, outdated records and missing information.

  • Prepare management information in a clear, structured format that supports visibility of workload, turnaround times, risks and required decisions.
