Job Purpose
Receives, stores, and issue spares and replacement parts, equipment, and expendable items used in repair or maintenance shop, as well as selling parts to consumers in the industry. Ensure proper stock control and keeping of parts ready for stock takes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve all parts issues and monitor all requests at own branch
- Monitor and correct invoices if required and prepare all papers for delivery and issue all parts for technicians and customers
- Conduct sales procedures for walk-in customers daily
- Administer and maintain stock of all parts and evaluate all work orders and maintain information on all ledger codes per Equip system
- Maintain inventory of all stock delivered items and prepare appropriate purchase orders as per requirement and remove all obsolete supplies from inventory
- Administer and maintain parts inventory for assign locations
- Maintain, review and perform physical count of all inventory
- Maintain neat and clean parts room at all times and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime and provide optimal level of customer services
- Perform and ensure a safe environment to staff and visiting customers efficiently according to TBEM requirements
Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager
Educational Qualifications
High school/Diploma
Desired Profile (Experience)
- 1+ years of relavent experience
- Familiar with the Equip system
- A working knowledge of the correct processes and procedures according to the standards
- Having a valid driverâs license and clean driving record
Industry Preference
Auto/Agriculture/Construction Industry
