Junior Front of House Managers Wanted
We are looking for 2 Junior Front of House Managers to join our busy hospitality team.
This role is ideal for energetic, professional, and ambitious individuals who want to grow into stronger hospitality leaders. The successful candidates must be confident working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing people, supporting service standards, and helping create a great guest experience.
*Ideal candidates should have:*
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
Experience managing or supervising teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
A professional, positive, and hands-on attitude
The ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A higher education qualification would be advantageous
Good fitness and stamina, as the role requires long shifts, constant movement, and hands-on floor management
*Key responsibilities will include:*
Supporting daily restaurant operations
Managing staff during service
Ensuring high customer service standards
Handling guest feedback professionally
Assisting with cleanliness, opening, and closing procedures
Supporting senior management with systems, standards, and team performance
Leading by example on the floor
