Junior Front of House Manager

Cracker Zac's is an adults-only social entertainment and hospitality venue combining boutique hyperbowling, augmented-reality darts, pool tables, arcade games, a restaurant and a licensed bar at The Zone@Rosebank. Due to growth, we're hiring two Junior Front of House Managers.

This is a shift-based operational role, primarily evening and closing shifts. You must be comfortable managing employees, guests, operational controls and closing procedures without constant supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric — essential
• Reliable own transport after late closing shifts — essential
• 1–2 years' supervisory or junior management experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality or entertainment environments
• Working knowledge of POS systems, cash-ups and closing procedures
• Experience addressing employee performance, conduct or attendance issues
• Available for nights, closing shifts, weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise FOH staff, manage floor presence, and handle guest complaints
• Oversee POS, cash-ups and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Manage opening/closing procedures and shift handovers
• Conduct basic staff counselling and issue warnings when authorized
• Enforce responsible service of alcohol and liquor-licensing compliance

Salary: R15,000+ gross, based on experience
