Mint Platforms (myMINT) is hiring a junior-to-mid Frontend Engineer and Product Owner for our South African wealth-as-a-service platform.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You will own and steer projects under COO and CEO guidance: ship production React and TypeScript, turn briefs into plans and clear Done criteria, partner with backend leads, and keep delivery visible with GitHub PR proof.

Craft can be junior-leaning. What we need is ownership, plus proven leadership or mentoring of a small team (2–3 people).

You bring

• Production React and TypeScript (2–3+ years is fine if the work is strong)
• Tailwind or equivalent
• Real GitHub PR habits
• Experience managing or leading a small development team
• Ability to work on-site in Sandton
• Authorisation to work in South Africa
