Junior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

· Recruitment- start to end

· Onboarding on new employees

· Issuing of warnings

· Representing the company in disciplinary inquiries

· Chair grievance meetings

· Assisting with CCMA preparation

· IOD submissions

· Processing medicals and leave

· Assisting with drafting of policies and contracts

· Implementing policies

· Creating job descriptions

· Facilitating the upgrade process

· Creating, maintaining and updating employee records

· Conducting daily meetings with employees

· Work together with the HR team to complete department goals

· Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

· A HR qualification

· 1+ years of experience

· Has had experience with working with 300+ employees

· Knowledge of the BCEA, LRA and other relevant laws

Skills Required:

· Good communication

· Computer literate

· Ability to work under pressure

· Time management
