WE’RE HIRING – IT Support & PC Technician

About Us

MasterGrade IT is a leading IT training and technology solutions provider dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on IT Support & PC Technician to join our growing team and provide high-quality technical support to our internal staff and classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Perform PC upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Set up and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Configure email accounts and Microsoft 365.
Ensure systems are secure and up to date.

Minimum Requirements

CompTIA A+ Certification (required).
CompTIA Network+ (advantageous).
1-3 years' experience in IT support or PC repair.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
Basic networking knowledge
Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft 365 administration.
Active Directory and Windows Server basics.
Remote support tools.
Hardware diagnostics and repairs.
Customer service orientation.
