Job description
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers
- Troubleshoot operating system and application issues for end users
- Document support requests, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Support onboarding of new users, including account setup and equipment provisioning
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when appropriate
Pay: From R4 500,00 per month
