JUNIOR IT & SYSTEMS SUPPORT ASSISTANT – AFRIKAANS SPEAKING

IMMEDIATE START – WE NEED SOMEONE WHO IS AVAILABLE NOW

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and eager-to-learn person who can start immediately.

If you are currently available and can start as soon as possible, preferably immediately, this opportunity may be for you.

This is an entry-level, hands-on position. You do not need to be an experienced IT professional, but you must have strong basic computer literacy and an interest in learning more about IT and business systems.

Training will be provided to the right person.

The role is primarily about learning our systems and processes and helping the team with whatever support is needed.

You will assist with everyday system processes and tasks, basic IT troubleshooting, assisting staff with system-related queries and providing general support to the team.

As you learn, you will gradually be taught more of our systems and processes and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Strong basic computer literacy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent Afrikaans and comfortable communicating in English.
• An interest in IT and computer systems.
• A willingness to learn and a good attitude.
• Available to start immediately or at very short notice.

Previous experience in IT support, systems support, administration, data capturing or a similar environment will be an advantage.

Training will be provided to the right person.
