WE'RE HIRING!

Junior Manager / Waiter

Pizza Vesuvio is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced individual to join our team in a dual Junior Manager / Waiter role.

The successful candidate will work as a Junior Manager on selected shifts, including covering the Restaurant Manager's off days, and as a Waiter on other shifts.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous restaurant and waitering experience
Have leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Be confident managing a team and overseeing a restaurant shift
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be reliable, responsible and able to take initiative
Be comfortable handling customer queries and resolving issues
Be able to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising staff and overseeing restaurant operations when acting as Junior Manager
Ensuring smooth and efficient service
Assisting with customer queries and complaints
Supporting opening and closing procedures
Performing normal waitering duties when rostered as a Waiter
