Mzanzi Tech is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, administration, sales, and the exciting cellphone repair and technology industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with creating and managing social media content.
• Promote our products, services, and training programmes.
• Help generate leads and grow brand awareness.
• Engage professionally with customers both online and in-store.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Assist with administrative duties and office operations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
• Learn about cellphone repairs, accessories, and the mobile technology industry.
• Support the sales team by assisting customers and recommending products and services.
• Capture customer information accurately and maintain records.
• Meet daily and weekly sales and marketing targets.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.

• Passion for social media, marketing, and sales.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and social media platforms).
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Previous marketing or sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
