EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years' marketing experience (graduates with relevant internships considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Valid driver's licence advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across QMart, Hello Mobile, MegaTel and associated brands.
• Support retail, dealer, wholesale and field marketing initiatives.
• Support new product launches, network promotions and sales enablement.
• Assist with app marketing, website updates and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate social media content with the marketing team

Events, Activations & Brand Promotion

• Coordiate activations, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
• Coordinate branding requirements for events and promotional activities.
• Support field marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Marketing Collateral & Supplier Coordination

• Manage artwork requests, approvals and version control.
• Coordinate printing of POS material, flyers, posters, banners, bibs, vehicle branding and promotional items.
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing stock and coordinate distribution to regional teams.

Project Management & Operational Support

• Track marketing projects, deadlines and supplier deliverables.
• Coordinate activities and follow up on campaign implementation schedules. Provide general marketing coordination and operational support.
• Perform general marketing and administrative duties.

Budget Administration & Procurement

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers.
• Raise purchase requests in line with company procedures.
• Monitor marketing budgets and expenditure against approved allocations.

Reporting, Documentation & Compliance

• Compile campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Maintain marketing documentation, records and filing systems.
• Track and report on supplier deliverables and campaign execution metrics.
• Ensure proper version control and record maintenance for marketing materials.
