We’re looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join us in our Hout Bay office and work closely with our CEO, Sales Director and Client Operations Manager.

This role will give you hands-on exposure to:

• Client and programme coordination
• Events and logistics
• Administration and invoicing
• Presentations and supporting documents
• Marketing, social media and email campaigns
• The day-to-day operations of a growing leadership and performance business

We’re particularly interested in third- or fourth-year students and recent graduates who are eager to take ownership, build practical business experience and grow quickly in a supportive but fast-paced environment.

-Hout Bay, Cape Town
-Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
-Fully on-site
-R8,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
