Job description
AxonSpheres deploys enterprise software solutions into nine industry verticals, from healthcare to government to real estate. We run a Graduate Commission Program that takes recent graduates from a matching degree, certifies them on a real product and industry track. You start earning commission from your first referral — there's no "waiting for a promotion" to get paid on what you bring in.
This is not a generic sales role. You'll specialize in one industry or product track that matches your degree, and you'll be trained to actually understand the problem you're solving for the client — not just sell software.
What You'll Do
- Complete a structured certification track in your assigned specialization during your first 6 months
- Support delivery on live client engagements
- Build a referral pipeline within your university network, alumni network, and emerging industry contacts
- Once certified, independently source and deliver smaller-scope client engagements
- Stay with a client relationship through onboarding and their first year on the platform
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or final-year student
- Comfortable learning a new software platform quickly and explaining it to non-technical people
- Organized and reliable on deadlines — client work doesn't wait
- Genuinely interested in the industry you'd specialize in, not just looking for a sales job
- No prior enterprise software or sales experience required
