In this role, you will play a key part in protecting leadership time and supporting digital media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Diary Support & Gatekeeping: Manage schedule coordination and filter non-urgent inquiries to protect focus time.
• Errands & Logistics: Handle routine business errands, including meal coordination, purchasing office items, and school run support (drop-offs and pick-ups).
• Admin & Follow-ups: Take clear meeting minutes, track department deliverables, and follow up on pending action items.
• Pricing & Procurement: Sourcing quotes, comparing supplier costs, and placing basic orders.
• Social Media & Video Creation: Create, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) using CapCut and Canva.
• Project Support: Set up basic task lists and chase updates to ensure deadlines are met.

What We Are Looking For

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport (essential for errands and school runs).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva), messaging apps, and calendar tools.
• Communication: Polite, confident, and professional style when handling inquiries.
