JOB VACANCY: JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: Durban / Pinetown region
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: R10000.00

About the Role

An established construction company is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with up to two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing bills of quantities, tenders, and contract documents.
Taking measurements from architectural and engineering drawings.
Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates.
Assist with site measurements and evaluating subcontractor claims.
Coordinate with project managers, site agents, and clients on cost variations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications: Completed BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in a construction environment.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Pay: R10 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
