Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full recruitment process, including job adverts, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Capture, monitor, and reconcile employee timesheets and clocking data
  • Assist with Injury on Duty (IOD) administration and capturing claims on CompEasy
  • Support Employment Equity (EE) recruitment initiatives, reporting, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
  • Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Liaise with managers, employees, and candidates professionally

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment and/or HR administration
  • Experience or exposure to Employment Equity practices and reporting
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Experience with timesheets, clocking systems, IOD, and CompEasy will be advantageous
  • Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
