Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment process, including job adverts, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Capture, monitor, and reconcile employee timesheets and clocking data
- Assist with Injury on Duty (IOD) administration and capturing claims on CompEasy
- Support Employment Equity (EE) recruitment initiatives, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Liaise with managers, employees, and candidates professionally
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment and/or HR administration
- Experience or exposure to Employment Equity practices and reporting
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Experience with timesheets, clocking systems, IOD, and CompEasy will be advantageous
- Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills
