Junior Restaurant Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily restaurant operations

2. Managing staff

3. Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality

Operational Duties:

1. Inventory management (food, beverages, supplies)

2. Maintaining health and safety standards

3. Coordinating events and reservations

4. Handling customer complaints and feedback

Staff Management:

1. Conducting performance evaluations

2. Managing conflicts and resolving issues

3. Ensuring staff compliance with policies

Customer Service:

1. Ensuring exceptional customer experiences

2. Responding to customer feedback and concerns

3. Building relationships with regular customers

4. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Administrative Tasks:

1. Maintaining records and reports

2. Uploading invoices and credit notes

Leadership:

1. Motivating and inspiring staff

2. Leading by example

3. Fostering a positive work environment

4. Encouraging teamwork and collaboration

5. Developing future leaders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R12 000,00 per month
