Junior Retail Advisor – Mall of Africa

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual to join the Burnt Studios team at Mall of Africa.

As a Junior Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a premium retail brand.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, represents the brand professionally, and is committed to delivering outstanding service every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Drive sales by confidently assisting customers and recommending suitable products.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and general store operations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly store goals.
  • Uphold Burnt Studios brand standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience is required.
