Job Summary

Oath Recruitment is seeking an energetic and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client call schedules and customer visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Grow market share across product categories
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends
• Implement promotional activities and sales initiatives
• Prepare accurate weekly sales and activity reports
• Manage sales administration and ensure excellent customer service delivery

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or degree – Advantageous
• 1–3 years' proven sales experience (FMCG experience advantageous but not essential)
• Strong computer literacy with sound numeracy and technical aptitude
• Valid driver's licence – Compulsory
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure
