Junior Security Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Security Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and service excellence. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in security who thrives in fast-paced environments and values integrity, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Security operations supervision: Oversee patrols, inspections, surveillance monitoring, and access control.
Incident & risk investigations: Conduct thorough investigations and implement preventative measures.
Emergency training: Ensure employees receive ongoing safety and evacuation drills.
Policy implementation: Apply processes and standards to regulate team activities.
Risk assessments: Identify hazards, reduce risks, and promote compliance.
Confidentiality & integrity: Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in security or similar environment
PSIRA registration
Valid driver’s license
Firearm competency (advantageous)
Matric and formal security education (beneficial)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and situational awareness
Ability to work under pressure and build high-performance teams
