Junior Social Media Coordinator

Luminous Agency builds High-Performance Digital Ecosystems for ambitious brands. We're looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator who's eager to learn fast, bring fresh ideas, and grow with the agency.

What you'll do:

• Create and schedule platform-ready content; repurpose long-form content for socials;
• Help maintain brand voice and visual consistency across channels;
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag trends;
• Support content calendars and basic performance reporting and;
• Collaborate with strategists and designers across multiple client accounts.

What we're looking for:

• Basic content creation and copywriting skills (coursework, internships, or personal projects welcome);
• Interest in social/digital marketing and a willingness to learn performance metrics;
• Comfort with or eagerness to learn scheduling and analytics tools;
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and ability to manage deadlines and;
• No prior agency experience required — IT/Finance/B2B exposure is a bonus, not a must.

Pay: Up to R13 500,00 per month
