Junior Social Media Specialist

Titan is a Salesforce-first platform that helps organizations build forms, portals, documents, eSignatures, surveys, and workflows.

We're looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to help tell Titan's story across social media. If you love creating content, writing strong copy, spotting trends, and learning new things, we'd love to hear from you.

No Salesforce experience needed. We'll teach you the product. Curiosity encouraged.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of social media experience
• Excellent written English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in social media and content creation
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
• Confidence in asking questions, taking feedback, and improving your work

Nice to have

• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Figma
• An understanding of social analytics
• Experience using AI tools
• An interest in technology, SaaS or Salesforce

Responsibilities:

• Create content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and other channels
• Write social copy, captions and campaign messaging
• Schedule and publish content
• Work with designers and video editors on campaigns and product launches
• Monitor community engagement and industry trends
• Report on social performance and suggest improvements
• Support social coverage for events
• Use AI tools to support research and content creation
