Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Supervisor to oversee waterproofing and painting projects on-site. The successful candidate will assist in managing teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and transport teams to and from sites safely and responsibly
Supervise daily waterproofing and painting activities on-site.
Monitor work quality to ensure it meets company and client standards.
Coordinate and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior management.
Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and tools.
Assist in planning project schedules and meeting deadlines.
Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and site activities.
Assist hands-on where required

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in waterproofing and/or painting.
Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of waterproofing systems, painting techniques, and surface preparation.
Able and willing to work at heights
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Must have a valid driver's license. (Non-negotiable)
Must be confident driving and transporting teams to various sites
Computer literacy and report-writing skills will be an added advantage.
