About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support/Field Technician to assist clients remotely and on-site with cutting-edge workforce management systems. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills while being part of a supportive team.
You will play a critical role in ensuring clients successfully use and benefit from a cloud-based system. From troubleshooting network issues to setting up hardware, your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Remote Support:
o Provide remote technical support to clients on a cloud-based system.
o Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and hardware-related issues.
o Communicate effectively in English to guide clients through problem-solving processes.
2. On-Site Support:
o Visit client locations to install and configure hardware.
o Conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and can use the system effectively.
3. Technical Tasks:
o Crimp LAN cables and assist in setting up and maintaining basic network infrastructure.
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or connectivity issues.
o Ensure all installations meet quality and functional standards.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
o Relevant IT qualification (completed or in progress) is preferred but not required if skills are demonstrated.
Technical Skills:
o Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, switches).
o Hands-on experience with crimping LAN cables.
o Familiarity with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Professional and client-focused demeanour.
Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel for on-site client support and training.
o Driver’s license is required.
