You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and get stuck in, maintaining a high standard of up-time, processes and internal security. Your rock-solid technical expertise and understanding of enterprise IT systems position you as the go-to for compliance and efficiency. In this pivotal role, you'll be directly reporting to the IT Operations Manager.

Delivery:

• Overseeing the daily operations of Entelect’s HelpDesk.
• Maintaining office infrastructure to meet Entelect standards.
• Accurately recording, assigning, and updating assets.
• Verifying correct user access to Entelect’s portals.
• Managing and maintaining the current VoIP telephone system, addressing user queries.
• Administering Active Directory/Microsoft EntraID, troubleshooting, and managing Group Policy.
• Understanding and supporting Entelect’s virtualization strategy, ensuring host and guest resource availability and uptime.
• Setting up cloud infrastructure functions in accordance with best practices and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Generating and analyzing daily/weekly uptime reports for specific systems.
• Implementing and communicating new or updated processes effectively .

What We Need From You:

• A completed relevant formal qualification.
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience within a similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience with the following:
• Office365 and Microsoft Entra ID
• Mobile Device Management
• Networking – VLANS, Wi-Fi, Routing, DHCP, DNS
• Security aware
• Operating system agnostic (i.e., Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Active Directory
• VoIP
• Virtualization – VMWare
• Cloud Services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Compute)
