Junior Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Junior Warehouse Supervisor to manage our nightshift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all staff report to work on time and have the correct PPE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse, distribution or courier networks and possess excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site and warehouse workflow during the night shift.
• Understand client requirements and ensure daily communication is maintained with the client in terms of operational service delivery requirements.
• Keeping the daily booking/ Scheduling employee list updated.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Ensure accurate daily site records, progress reports and site documentation are maintained.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Assist with timesheets and daily registers

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution or courier networks.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Must work well as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
• Service and task orientated

Qualifications and Education requirements

• Matric or equivalent, a relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage

· Microsoft Office
