About the role
Are you interested in websites, digital marketing and online content but still building your experience?
Shoreability is looking for a motivated Junior Web Content Editor to join our offshore Digital Marketing team.
This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous professional CMS experience is not required. Full training will be provided on the systems and platforms used. You will work closely with a Senior Web Content Editor and gradually take responsibility for a wider range of website update requests.
Key responsibilities
- Complete straightforward website content updates.
- Update team member details, pricing, page content and website notices.
- Learn to use WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Prepare and resize images for online use.
- Support the creation of new pages and promotional campaign content.
- Assist with routine administration and platform access requests.
- Keep ticket information and Monday.com records updated.
- Check work carefully before submitting it.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- Develop knowledge of on-page SEO and Google Business Profile management.

- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Confidence learning new systems and platforms.
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to develop.
Previous exposure to WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, Trello, Monday.com or a personal blog or website would be helpful, but is not essential.
This opportunity would suit a graduate, entry-level applicant or someone who has completed a digital marketing, content, design or website-related course and is looking to begin a career in the digital field.
