Junior WordPress / PHP Developer
Location: Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal (Office Based)
Position: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Our client, a growing digital agency based in Kloof, is looking for a motivated Junior WordPress / PHP Developer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in WordPress and PHP who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update WordPress websites.
- Assist with the development of new websites and features.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Customise WordPress themes, plugins, and PHP functionality.
- Provide basic technical support for website-related queries.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years' WordPress development experience.
- Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Advantageous: Experience with Elementor, Divi, WooCommerce, Git, cPanel/Plesk, SEO, or a digital agency environment.
